The appartment
With an area of 70 m2, it is located on the ground floor of our Villa « les 2 pins » facing the Mediterranean Sea.
The living space
The living area with sea views includes a fully equipped kitchen (and separate dressing room), a dining area, and a lounge area. The sofa in the lounge converts into a queen-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have all the usual appliances (list available upon request).
The sleeping area
The room also offers a lovely sea view.
You will sleep in a comfortable queen-size bed and have access to a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables.
The bathroom and separate toilet are located between the bedroom and the living area.The terrace
You can have lunch on the terrace which is accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
The pool area
The secured pool area and summer kitchen are located on the same level as the apartment. They are accessible and shared with the owners.
